The client required a complete enclosure system for a luxury villa in Pipera: a double vehicle gate, pedestrian gate, 120 metres of perimeter fencing and terrace railing. All elements needed a unified, elegant design and had to meet a tight 8-week deadline dictated by the construction completion schedule.

Solutie
We approached the project with an initial 3D design phase in SolidWorks, presenting the client with photorealistic renders for approval. We organised production in a parallel workflow: the forging team worked on decorative elements simultaneously with the welding team fabricating structural frames. Installation was phased, starting with the perimeter fence and finishing with the main gate.

The project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. The client was impressed by the stylistic coherence of the entire ensemble and the quality of finishes. The ensemble was subsequently featured in an architecture magazine, generating three additional quote requests from the same residential area.
The Pipera villa represents one of the most complex residential projects we have undertaken. The 1,200sqm property required a comprehensive enclosure solution combining security with luxury aesthetics.
The chosen design follows a contemporary style with Art Deco influences: clean geometric lines interspersed with laser-cut decorative panels featuring abstract geometric motifs. The colour palette was limited to anthracite grey RAL 7016 for metalwork and natural grey stone for concrete posts, creating a refined and understated appearance.
The double vehicle access gate has a 5-metre opening and is equipped with a NICE automation system including photocells, warning light and a video intercom integrated into the gate post. The adjacent pedestrian gate follows the same design and includes an electromagnetic lock with code or fingerprint access.
The 120-metre perimeter fence was divided into 48 standardised 2.5-metre panels, mounted between cast-in-situ concrete posts clad with natural stone. The first-floor terrace railing follows the same design language, with tempered glass panels framed by metal profiles painted in the same shade.
The entire project required 320 hours of workshop labour and 80 hours of on-site installation, involving a team of 6 skilled workers.
