General
We carry out a wide range of metal fabrication work: wrought iron and steel gates and fences, interior and exterior railings, metal staircases, industrial structures, designer metal furniture and decorative artistic works. We work with both residential clients and companies, offering customised solutions from design through to installation. Each project is treated individually, tailored to the client's needs and budget.
We deliver and install throughout Romania, with a primary focus on Bucharest and surrounding counties. For larger projects, we travel to any part of the country, with transport costs included in the quote. We have completed projects in over 15 counties, including Cluj, Timis, Brasov, Constanta and Iasi. For exceptional projects, we also accept international commissions.
Delivery time varies depending on project complexity. Simple pieces such as grilles or brackets can be ready in 3-5 working days. Gates and fences typically require 2-4 weeks, while complex projects like staircases or industrial structures can take 4-12 weeks. At the time of order, we set a firm deadline that we always honour.
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on workmanship and structure, and a 5-year warranty on anti-corrosion protection (powder coating or galvanising). The warranty covers any manufacturing or installation defects but does not include damage caused by improper use or accidents. For gate automation systems, the warranty is that provided by the equipment manufacturer, typically 2 years.
Pricing
The price is calculated based on several factors: the type and quantity of material, design complexity, labour hours, chosen surface treatment and installation costs. We always provide a fixed project price, not an hourly rate, so you know exactly what the work will cost before we begin. The detailed quote includes a breakdown by cost category.
We do not have a strict minimum order value, but for economic efficiency we recommend projects of at least 1,500 RON. For very small or simple pieces, fixed preparation and transport costs can make the work uneconomical. We are always transparent about costs and will honestly advise if a piece can be found more affordably off the shelf.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or bank card. The standard payment structure is 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% upon completion and acceptance. For large projects, we can arrange a payment schedule in 3-4 instalments linked to production stages. We issue a fiscal invoice for all work.
Process
The process begins with an initial discussion to understand your requirements. This is followed by on-site measurements (free of charge) and the presentation of a detailed quote within 2-3 days. After accepting the quote and paying a 50% deposit, we begin production. We keep you updated on progress with photographs. Installation is scheduled by mutual agreement, and final payment is made upon acceptance.
Absolutely, we encourage clients to send us sketches, drawings or reference images. We can work from technical plans provided by you or your architect. If you only have a general idea, our design team can transform it into a complete technical drawing. We accept DXF, DWG, PDF files or even photographs of designs you like.
Yes, we provide complete installation services with our own fitting teams. Installation includes surface preparation, element fixing, final adjustments and work area cleanup. For projects requiring construction work (foundations, screeds, masonry), we can collaborate with trusted partner teams. The installation cost is included in the price quote.
Technical
We work with a wide range of metals and alloys: carbon steel (S235, S275, S355) for structures, AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel for corrosion-resistant applications, aluminium for lightweight elements, raw iron for artistic forging, and Corten steel for exterior decorative applications. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers and accompanied by 3.1 quality certificates.
Our workshop is equipped for all major welding processes: MAG (135) with solid and flux-cored wire for carbon steel, TIG (141) for stainless steel and aluminium with high-quality finish, MMA (111) for on-site work and difficult conditions, and oxy-acetylene welding for artistic forging. Our welders are certified in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1 and we operate under a quality management system compliant with EN ISO 3834-2.
