Double Wrought Iron Artisan Gate

This project involved creating a double vehicle access gate with a 4.5-meter opening, designed for a residential villa in the Pipera area of Bucharest. The client requested a classic design with hand-forged floral elements and an imposing appearance that would complement the building's architecture.

We used 14mm square bar and 40x8mm flat bar for the main structure, while the decorative elements were hot-forged from 12mm round bar. Each leaf and scroll was individually shaped on the anvil, ensuring the uniqueness of every detail. The mounting system includes adjustable hinges for perfect alignment.

The finish consisted of an epoxy anti-corrosion primer followed by two coats of electrostatic powder coating in RAL 7016 (anthracite grey). The gate was equipped with a BFT 400kg-per-leaf motor and full automation with remote control and safety sensors.
